6027R-72RF server system with 4x16GB (KVR16R11D4K4/64) memory and two E5-2620 processors. The memory are capable at 1600 MHz. Why the memory runs at 1333 MHz instead of 1600 MHz. According to the manual it should be 1600 MHz. Is this defective motherboard or needs new BIOS?

E5-2620 processor only supports DDR3-800/1066/1333 memory. Therefore, memory won't run at 1600 MHz.
