I have a X9SCI-LN4F with an Intel E3-1220LV2 Low Voltage CPU. The system keeps rebooting. What is wrong?

Answer
Please turn off the "Power Technology" in BIOS menu Advanced -> CPU Configuration. This will solve the problem.
