I want to buy a SYS-6027TR-H70RF+ (Twin Server with 4 Nodes) and I want to use this 10G-BaseT adapter from Intel in each node: Intel X540-T1, 1x 10GBase-T, PCIe x8, low profile. Is this working?

No, this server does not support low profile cards, only micro LP cards. See link below. But we do not have any micro lp cards based on x540.
