Can I convert all SC846E16-R1200B, SC846BE16-R1K28B, SC846BE16-R920B chassis to DC PSU using parts listed PWS-1K11P-1R + MCP-290-00017-00 and PWS-711-1R + MCP-290-00017-00?

Yes. But the SC846E16-R1200B and SC846BE16-R1K28B chassis are using 1200W. Even using the PWS-1K11P-1R (1010W), the output power would be lower than AC PSU.
