We have this system:
http://www.supermicro.com/products/system/3U/6036/SYS-6036ST-6LR.cfm

and in IPMI there are only 3 fans out of 6 shown. Any fix?

Only 3 will show in IPMI interface. The other 3 you would need to install LSI MSM to get their status
