I have a question:
I need to boost up performance on my SQL 2005 SP4 Standard x64, with Windows 2008 R2 server.
I was looking into the CMOS setting to improve performance but still not seeing much improvements after making the following changes:
? I set the power settings to "Performance", disabled virtualization support, and disabled hyper threading.
My question is that are there any additional settings I can change to improve overall SQL performance and reduce system latencies?
