I have the C2SEA motherboard, and i just purchased a Seagate 3TB hard drive, but my system only recognizes 2TB. Do i have a faulty MB or is there a driver that will allow me to use the whole drive.

The Intel ICH10 SATA2 controller on C2SEA motherboard only supports hard drive up to 2TB only.
