I need to know if SC815TQ-R700UB has quick release rail kit for square holes and 26-33” length.

By default 815TQ-R700UB does not come with quick release rails. However, you can purchase MCP-290-00052-0N-BULK for the quick release outer rail (bulk pack of 10) or a single MCP-290-00054-0N for a single quick release inner and outer rail.
