Question
Why does my X7SLA-L and X7SLA-H main boards shows numerical temperatures in the BIOS, while my other X7 or X8 main boards are showing Low, Medium and High?

Answer
Intel starts PECI technology on Core 2 Duo LGA 775 CPU. However, the CPU on this particular motherboard does not support PECI/DTS. Therefore, we use numerical numbers in CPU temperature in the BIOS. Please check details in the User’s manual.
