I have an X7SBI-LN4 main board with an SIMSO+ IPMI card. The system has Windows Vista 32 bit and I am not getting any display on the remote KVM console. Local display is working fine. Is this a hardware issue?

This is not a hardware issue. This is a video driver issue with vista 32-bit. if you have installed ATI video drivers, please uninstall it and see if it able to resolve the issue. Please make sure that you are using the default Windows video driver. Screen shot is attached for your reference (32 bit vista.jpg)
