Question
I have an X7DBE with a certified VMWare SAS controller and I am trying to run VmWare ESX 4.0, but I am getting the following error message when the operating system boots:
System Initialization Failed: Failed to Initialize Inter-Processor Time Stamp
What could be the issue?

This issue is caused when mismatched processors are used. Please use processors that are identical.
