The PS/2 port on X7DWN+ motherboard is not working. I am using the Xeon E5462 processors & the DDR2 677MHz FB-DIMMs. Is it broken?

The Xeon E5462 processor has the front side bus (FSB) of 1600MHz. The 800MHz DDR2 DIMMs must be used along with the processor.
