Question
We have assembled server 6026T-URF. While installing the OS the system shows an error at the moment of mounting the CD as file system and hangs. We use DVD drive DVM-TEAC-DVD-SBT Model: DV-28S-WZ3.

The problem is USB 2.0 Mode, by default it is Full-speed Please chance to USB 2.0 Mode in Hi-speed.
