I would like to configure SuperO Doctor on the X7DVL motherboard to send alerts to my e-mail in Gmail or Yahoo or other such domains.

I configured the Gmail SMTP server and port number authentication field, but it does not work. Can I use this domain to receive alerts or not? If yes, please help me to configure the server.

Please make sure you have correctly set up the SMTP server, its port number, authentication user, and password!

Please also check with the e-mail provider to see if they provide the function to send email through their smtp server from any network for your account.

SuperoDoctor may not send e-mail alert through Gmail SMTP server because Gmail SMTP requires TLS/SSL.
