I had one of your Super Servers 5012B-6, the external SCSI port have problem with Adaptec external SCSI cable. I have tries many different external SCSI cable but none of then fit through the port. Are this have the problem with mechanical design problem. How am I go to use my external device?

No, is not a mechanical design problem, the chassis and motherboard is proprietary design, you need to use with external "Molex" SCSI cable. If you can't find the external "Molex" SCSI cable, you can contact with our RMA department at
rma@supermicro.com to order the external Molex SCSI cable and part number is CBL-0045.
