I have Motherboard X9SRA with E5-2687W processor in CSE-743TQ-865B-SQ. Heatsink is Noctua NH-L12. My problem is high temperature...65-70ºC. Is there anyway to help bring down the temperature?

E5-2687W has a max TDP of 150W. Based on the 95W TDP spec of Noctua NH-L12, it is very likely to have issue handling 150W.

Supermicro offers a heatsink, model SNK-P0050AP4, which should do the job.
