I would like to know how I can connect my controller to the backplane of chassis 946SE1C-R1K66JBOS.

At the rear side of 946SE1C chassis, there are four mini-SAS HD ports. The 2 ports marked “IN” should be connected to your HBA. The 2 ports marked “IN/OUT” can be used for cascading.
