Question
I get "IPMI.sh: command not found" when I try to install IPMI in Rad Hat Linux 7.3.

Answer
Because Red Hat 7.3 doesn't have embedded Java runtime environment, you have to install that from www.sun.com or our ftp site. After you installed the java runtime environment, you must find out where it was installed. You can do this by typing: find / -name java -print. Now you have to change IPMI program by editing the path in IPMI.sh by typing "vi IPMI.sh" Now alter the path to:

/usr/java/j2re1.4.0_01/bin/java -cp IPMIView.jar:org/netbeans/lib/awtextra/AbsoluteLayout.jar IPMIView.IPMIView

After that, run ./IPMI.sh
