We are using system SYS-1029P-MT, and we are getting error message "Server disconnected (code: 1006)" when we trying to launch the IKVM?

Please try below steps and see it that helps to fix the issue:
1. Reset the IKVM (this will be under IPMI WEB GUI -> Maintenance -> IKVM Reset)
2. Do Factory Default (this will be under IPMI WEB GUI -> Maintenance -> Factory Default)
3. If non above helps try to re-flash the IPMI firmware.
