Question
The H8DGU-F motherboard with AMD 6136 CPU and 8x 8GB DDR3 memory modules (MEM-DR380L-HL01-ER13) is having RAM problems. The system does not POST with all 8 pieces of memory installed into CPU1. It starts okay as long as CPU1 DIMM4A and B are not being used.

However, if I use 2GB DDR3 (MEM-DR320L-HL04-ER13) to fill all 8 slots on CPU 1, it POSTs right away.

All 8 GB RAM is alright when tested in individual systems.

I am using the latest BIOS available, Rev 1.0. The BIOS settings are on default. I have cleared BIOS with no luck.

Answer
We have seen this behavior before. Please contact our technical support team and request BIOS 1.0a called "H8DGU.0624". This BIOS will solve the 8GB issue.
