To retrieve your product key(s), please register an account at https://store.supermicro.com/software/enterprise
If you previously had an account at MySupermicro for OOB access, please be sure to use the same email when registering at the eStore site.
Once you have registered at the eStore and if you are product key user, upon login, you will see the tab ‘Enterprise Account’ under the My Account page where you can navigate to Product Key Retrieval.
If you have technical difficulties getting the Product Key, please contact your Supermicro Sales/FAE or SW-PM team for support at mgmtsw@supermicro.com and provide the following information:
- List of BMC MAC addresses that need the keys
- License key type: OOB or DCMS
- The Delivery Note (DN) or Invoice from which to retrieve the keys
