Question
The shortest depth of the rails MCP-290-00053-0N does not fit the rack of the SC213A-R900UB chassis. The rack is 27.875" deep, so why are the rails not working?

Answer
Our rails are 26.5" deep but has a square hole attachment. When using round hole racks, the brackets used to convert to round hole adds an extra 0.8" in depth on the front and back. Please use the shorter rail kit MCP-290-00058-0N for a solution to this problem.
