The major difference is the number of PCE-E lanes. AMD5690 has 42 PCI-E Gen2.0 Lanes with 11 controllers; AMD5670 has 30 PCI-E Gen2.0 Lanes with 9 controllers; AMD5650 has 22 PCI-E Gen2.0 Lanes with 8 controllers.
