Why isn't my riser card RSC-R1UU-2E8 recognized by the system when installed on the top slot of motherboard model H8DGU-F?

Answer
To resolve this issue, enter the BIOS setup page, select Advanced / PCI/PnP configuration / SXB1 Configuration, and set it to [2x8]; save the BIOS setting and then reboot the machine.
