I already have a raid card in my SC813M chassis with X7DCL-i system, can i use a AOC-SIM1U+.
to have IPMI with KVM-over-LAN with X7DCL-i ?

This board can use AOC-SIM1U+ for IPMI with KVM, but you need a bracket for the dedicated lan port. In chassis SC813M you can place 1 bracket, but there is already a bracket from you controllercard. It's or the raid card, or IPMI with KVM, not both..
