does X8DTU-6TF+ onboard 10Gb support both PXE and iSCSI ?
and can both PXE and iSCSI be used simultaneously ?

Onboard 10Gb controller can be used for PXE and iSCSI not both at once.
Onboard 1Gb controller can also be used for PXE or iSCSI not both at once.

So only way is to configure PXE and iSCSI is to set 10Gb as iSCSI and 1Gb as PXE or vice versa.
