Why can't I wake up X8STi-3F system under Windows 7 from power off (S5 state)?

Please follow instructions below before WOL from S5:
1. Install LAN device driver from the driver CD.
2. Enable [Wake on Magic Packet from power off state] in LAN device driver setting in Device Manager.
