when starting KVM console we have no controll only video access and KVM title bar indicates "read only"

this issue can occur when a remaining connection of the KVM console is still open
you can check the users list of the KVM console to see if other connections to the KVM console are still open

or you can reset iKVM via IPMI web interface "maintenance" menu
