I had PDSBM-LN2+, I'm trying to expand the RAM from 2x2G to 2x4G, using Crucial CT2KIT51264AA667. Result is that Vmware Vsphere 4.1 boots and runs so slowly. Running 2x2G or 1x4G without any issues. What can be the issue? Is 8G RAM configuration not supported for this motherboard/chipset/BIOS?

First of all, our lab did not test the memory Kit Version as you mention, CT2KIT51264AA667. The other issue is the PDSBM-LN2+ motherboard maximum support up 4GB memory. Please refer to below Supermicro website.
