I purchased your RAID controller card AOC-USAS-L4IR (LSI 1068E) but it still cannot work with VMware EXSi in RAID mode. Please advice how to solve the issue.

The card originally comes with SR mode which cannot support VMware. You need to flash to IR mode in order to run VMware in RAID mode. You can download IR mode firmware at https://www.supermicro.com/wdl/driver/SAS/LSI/1064_1068/IR/Firmware/B3/L4i/1.30.00/
