I have super server SC933T-R760 / SC933T-R760B with the backplane CSE-SATA-933. Can I replace this backplane with the one has the expander chip build in?

Yes, you can! The Backplane CSE-SATA-933 can replace by BPN-SAS-933EL1 or BPN-SAS-933EL2.
