I purchased X8DTU-F and 213A-R900UB. The problem is the IO shield does not have opening for IPMI port. Could you please help to provide a solution?

You are probably using the non-K chassis. Please verify the chassis S/N. If this is the case, you have to replace the current one with the rev K rear I/O window MCP-240-82503-0N. (need to specify rev K on the PO). Besides, you may also need X8 air shroud MCP-310-280001-0N.
