We have about 30 Supermicro X8DTU-6TF+ with 82599EB 10G network adapter and Force10 CX-4 10G module. Do you have any idea about how can we connect those two?

There is no way to convert from the SFP+ interface to CX4. There is no such thing as SFP+ to CX4. You will need an adapter (AOC) with a CX4 connector.
