I would like to mount an add-on card with the part no "AOC-UTG-i2" to the CSE-826TQ-R800LPB chassis. Is it possible?

The AOC-UTG-i2 is UIO interface which is not compatible with CSE-826TQ-R800LPB. You can use the standard AOC-STG-i2. As a reminder, UIO interface is designed for SMC UIO motherboard and UIO chassis only.
