How do I update the ME firmware on my C7P67?

Answer
A: there are two ways to do it, however normally it comes with BIOS update.

1)By H/W jumper

a)Power Off system

b)Disable ME Engine by jumper

c)Power On system and boot to DOS

d)Flash BIOS with /p /b /n /me parameters

e)After update BIOS done, "AC OFF" then Power On system

2)By S/W switch

a)Boot to BIOS Setup

b)To select "Reset System with ME disable mode"

Location: "Exit\"

c)Power On system and boot to DOS

d)Flash BIOS with /p /b /n /me parameters

e)After update BIOS done, "AC OFF" then Power On system
