Can I use E10GSFPLR on AOC-STGN-i2S since I need to use 1KM cable. E10GSFPSR module only supports 300m cable.

Yes, no problem to use E1GSFPLP. We have validated with AOC-STGN-i2S as well as AOC-CTG-i1S, AOC-CTG-i2S, and AOC-PTG-i1S.
