I have questions about motherboard C7Q67. Per your product page, the motherboard has 2 HDMI ports and a VGA port. Can I achieve a 16x9 aspect ratio with any of those display outputs? Will I need a certain CPU to get those display resolutions, ie I7, I5, I3?

The 2nd generation Core i3/i5/i7 processor includes the integrated graphic that can provide the 16x9 video output out of the HDMI & VGA ports. Please take a look at the Intel website like following link and look for keyword Intel® HD Graphics for built-in graphic support:

The highest resolution is 1920 x 1080.
