1 x Supermicro Layer 3 1/10Gigabit Ethernet Switch - SSE-G24-TG4.
Whether 48 port and 24 port Switches can be stackable?

No, for different switches, you can not stack them. For same model, you can have them stacked up to 16 pcs.
