I have Supermicro SC512F-350B 1U with Motherboard X9SCM-F-O. I am looking for riser cards for this servers so that i can add 1x dual gigabit NIC PCI-e x4 cards to this server. What riser card and NIC card i should use?

You should use the riser card with part number RSC-RR1U-E8 ( PCI-e x8 output )for X9SCM-F motherboard and SC512 chassis. You can use SuperMicro AOC-SG-I2 (PCI-e x4) 2 ports gigabit network adapter card with this riser card.
