Question
I am using the motherboard C7X58. The issue is that it will not boot with CPU 990X if we put RAM 1600Mhz in black slots. It will boot with 1333 MHz RAM but not 1600 MHz RAM. Please advice.

1600MHz only works in XMP mode only. Native 1600MHz memory is not supported.
