I have X9DRW-iF and it won’t POST after disabling IPMI via BMC Jumper.

Yes, for the X9DRW-iF/3F and X9DRG-QF motherboards, if you disable BMC, VGA won’t work due to chipset doesn’t allow to disable BMC. It’s limitation.
