I have C7Q67. How can I reset the password for the Intel Management Engine BIOS if I forgot the password?

Answer
Please remove LAN cable, and following is the Clear CMOS procedure.
Steps to perform a manual CMOS clear:

1. Remove ALL power from system
2. Remove Mainboard BIOS battery
3. shot the 2 metal connections on the battery socket with a metal tool for ~5 seconds
4. re-insert BIOS Battery and restore power to the system
