I am trying to use command to configure IPMI Encryption and authentication mode. Which command do I need to do?

You can basically try the command below.
ipmitool –I lanplus -H IP_ADDR -U ADMIN -P ADMIN sol set force-encryption true/false
True or False is the value which you are going to configure with.
