We are using H8DGI-F motherboard with 2 NOS. AMD Opteron processor 6212. But if we remove processor from socket 2 we do not get display with single processor. With 2 processors we get display.
The configuration of server is as followed:
1)Chassis : 745TQ-865 BSQ
2)Motherboard :H8DGI-F
3)CPU AMD opteron 6212 2nos.
4)Ram 4 GB DDR3 ECC Reg 1333 4nos.
5)WD sata HDD 500 GB 1nos.
6)Nvidia quadro 4000/2GB GDDR5
Please refer to the block diagram in the manual. If you use Quadro 4000 as your VGA output and insert it in either PCIE slot 2 or 4, you need to install CPU2 to get normal display, otherwise you might need to move the card to slot 6.
