I have X9SRW-F and when installing any OS it will reboot during OS installation.

It might relate to Voltage Regular Module (VRM). Attached is X9RW004.rar for CPU VRM; please follow steps below:
1. Chang J29, J30 from Pin 1-2 close to pin 2-3 close.
2. Run batch file.
3. Change J29,J30 back to pin 1-2 close
