I had new X9SCM-F motherboard that won't post, no video, no beeps with Intel Xeon E3 1230 and 8GB 1600MHz DDR3-12800 ECC Reg CL11 Kingston part number KVR16R11D4K4/32.

Is your Intel processor E3 1230 sandy bridge or E3 1230 v2 Ivy Bridge processor? If you have E3 1230 v2 then please check the serial and confirm again with us to check BIOS version. Also, your memory spec is not supported on X9SCM-F motherboard, the memory must be Un-buffered ECC support.
