Question
I have AOC-SAS2LP-MV8 HBA card. The card did not support RAID configuration which equal to LSI raid controller in IT mode. However, the bus type in each hard drive is shown as RAID. Microsoft said this type of bus is not allowed for Cluster Storage Spaces. Did I have wrong firmware on my AOC-SAS2LP-MV8 card?

The Marvell chip is considered as raid controller chip which allows users to create raid. However, when Marvell sends us the chipset and firmware, it blocks the feature of allowing users to create raid.
