Question
I have a NIB X8SIE-LN4F-0 motherboard. The manual says, it supports Single Intel® Xeon® 3400 Series and L3426 processors, LGA1156 socket. Can I use an Intel i3-560 Core CPU since it is also LGA1156 socket or am I forced to use a Xeon 3400 ?

You can use Intel I3-560 on X8SIE-LN4F motherboard, but make sure that you use ECC Un-Buffered memory (UDIMM).
