I know the X5DAE motherboard is old production but it had been service me well. I have X5DAE Motherboard with 2 intel Xeon 2.4 GHz, I updated the Ram to a maximum of 12 Gb. All are working fine. However, I'm trying to install windows 7 64bit, but it gives me a message that the CPU does not support 64 bit. Is there any solution?

There is no solution. The X5DAE motherboard bases on 32bit XEON core, you need to install Windows 7 32bit OS.
