I have a Super Server 2027TR-D70RF with motherboard X9DRT-HF. Can I make a RAID 10 with this configuration?

Sorry I am afraid not, this server 2027TR-D70RF, the motherboard embedded with LSI 2008 SAS controller does support IT mode JBOD (Just Bunch Of Disk), none raid supported. However you might have a second processor installed to take advantage of the controller.
